The Master of Science in Quantitative Economics (MSQE) is a new program launched by NYU in Fall 2022. It is jointly offered by the NYU Graduate School of Arts and Science and the Stern School of Business, thus benefiting from Stern faculty. The program duration is 10 months. The curriculum begins with foundational courses in microeconomics, macroeconomics, and econometrics, and also covers data science tools needed to apply these fields, followed by courses in game theory, finance, and open economy.
