The Global University Employability Ranking, produced by HR consultancy Emerging and published by Times Higher Education, has recently been updated.
The ranking showcases the world's top 250 universities as seen by recruiters at leading companies. Graduates from these universities demonstrate outstanding skills.
Emerging is an HR consultancy specializing in relationships between companies and higher education institutions. This year, 13,240 international employers and managers from 33 countries and regions, who have been responsible for recruiting university graduates, participated in the voting.
The managers who voted are highly experienced, with 57% working in large enterprises with over 500 employees. They collectively publish over 1.3 million full-time and internship positions suitable for fresh graduates worldwide each year.

This year's ranking and survey show that employers want graduates to have some form of work experience.
45.9% of employers emphasize the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends; 45.1% value collaborative skills such as communication and teamwork.
US and UK Universities Continue to Dominate
US and UK universities continue to dominate, occupying 11 spots in the Top 20.
The top three schools are from the US: MIT, Caltech, and Stanford University. Additionally, two other US universities made the top 10: Harvard University and Princeton University.
The UK's University of Cambridge and University of Oxford firmly placed in the top 10, ranking 5th and 7th respectively. Imperial College London rose one spot this year to squeeze into the Top 10.
Universities such as the University of Chicago, Dartmouth College, Brown University, Cornell University, and Northwestern University also improved their rankings this year.
This year, a total of 15 universities from mainland China made the list. Among them, Peking University ranked the highest at 11th in the world. Tsinghua University ranked second, entering the Top 20, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University was third, coming in 35th.
In addition, Fudan University, Zhejiang University, and the University of Science and Technology of China also entered the global top 100.
From Hong Kong, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University all made the list this year.
The ranking is still for reference only. A school's employability ranking cannot guarantee the employment ability of each student, and there are huge differences among individuals, so the ranking itself should not be used as the sole basis for university applications.
When choosing target universities, everyone should combine their own characteristics and future development direction to comprehensively select institutions and programs.
