Although the questions are all old ones without novelty, this practice test finally reveals the specific question type distribution in each section under the new format. Surprisingly, long reading passages do not appear in any of the Verbal sections in this test. However, we will have to wait until after the first official exam on September 22 to determine if long passages are truly removed.

Currently, the official website has only released one free new practice test. Here are the detailed steps to access it:
1. Go to the GRE website (https://www.ets.org/gre/test-takers.html) and log in to your ETS account.
If you do not have an ETS account, you can log in to the official GRE registration website for China (https://gre.neea.edu.cn/login.do) and click the "ETS Account" button on the right to register and link your ETS account.
2. After logging in, click "Shop for Test Preparation".
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, find the practice test named "POWERPREP® Online - Practice Test 1 for the Shorter GRE", and click to add it to your cart.
4. Click "Remove" to cancel the Mentor Course. After submission, you can get the new GRE practice test for free.
5. After completing the "purchase", go to "My Test Preparation and Services" and click "Go to Practice Test" to start the new GRE practice test.
Overall, the new GRE exam structure is not very different from the old version, except that with fewer questions, the tolerance for errors may be lower. Therefore, existing GRE study materials are still perfectly applicable, and students can prepare with confidence!
