The MSocSc program focuses on analyzing large-scale data on human and social interactions, emphasizing social science theory. Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in one of the social sciences: anthropology, cognitive science, communication, economics, education studies, ethnic studies, linguistics, political science, psychology, sociology, urban studies and planning, or a related field; or a bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
Preference will be given to those with experience in statistics and/or formal logic, including programming, statistics, formal logic, calculus, linear algebra, etc.
