Program Overview
The Georgia Tech M.S. in Management is designed for early-career students from both business and non-business backgrounds. Whether you are a business major, a liberal arts or STEM undergraduate, or a recent graduate aiming to boost your career competitiveness, the Scheller College of Business's M.S. in Management program provides the knowledge and support needed to elevate your capabilities and help
students quickly acquire essential business skills for the workplace.
Curriculum
The Georgia Tech M.S. in Management is a nine-month, 30-credit program.
The curriculum offers a structured business education that flexibly aligns with students' interests, suitable for various academic backgrounds.

Core courses include:
Financial Accounting, Operations Management, Leading People and Organizations, Managing Information Resources, Principles of Finance, Marketing Management, Legal and Ethical Considerations, and Strategic Foundations

Application Requirements
Four-year bachelor's degree (any major)
Transcripts, resume, two letters of recommendation
Two essays (maximum 2,000 words each)

Q1: Is the M.S. in Management a STEM program?
A: It is not yet STEM-designated, but the school is working to obtain STEM certification for Fall 2025.
Q2: Can core courses be waived if I've taken similar ones as an undergraduate?
A: No. All core courses are required.
Q3: Does the M.S. in Management admit students for spring entry?
A: Admissions are once per year, for fall entry only.
Q4: Is there a part-time or online option for the M.S. in Management?
A: The program is full-time, on-campus, with daytime classes.
