The Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame has launched a new Master of Science in Digital Marketing (MSDM).
This program will welcome its first cohort in Fall 2025 and currently does not accept applications from international students.
Program Introduction
The MS in Digital Marketing at Notre Dame is designed for students with a bachelor's degree in business or non-business fields and fewer than three years of work experience. It prepares graduates for roles in digital marketing management, social media management, marketing analytics, and more.
Digital marketing is projected to be one of the fastest-growing career fields over the next decade, and this new master's program at Notre Dame aims to meet that industry demand.
Curriculum
The program spans 10 months and comprises 32 credits. It is a full-time, on-campus program and has received STEM certification.
The curriculum is organized around marketing foundations, digital frameworks, marketing analytics and optimization, and digital careers.

- Slide Deck: a 4-page presentation
- Statement of Purpose: 100 words
- Essay: 500 words
- Supplemental Essay (optional)
Video interview
GRE/GMAT scores (waivable with a GPA of 3.3 or higher)

Notre Dame's MSDM program has four application rounds. Applicants in the Early Action round will automatically receive an interview invitation.
