Truman devoted himself into education field by entering Oberlin Research Group as project manager. He led student groups on research and analyze project. He worked at Great Oakland Public Schools as data and development coordinator, in which he maintained data integrity, creating training materials for staff and providing routine support to the Data and Development team leads.
