Free Museum Tickets in NYC
New York is a world-famous hub for culture, art, and history with countless attractions. NYU is always a top choice for students and is home to many international students.

Wake Forest makes the transition to college even easier by solving the laptop problem all freshmen face. During orientation, every Wake Forest student receives a brand-new Lenovo ThinkPad loaded with the latest software required by professors.
Additionally, students can swap their laptop for a new one at the beginning of their junior year. Laptop repairs and services are free in most cases. Since the computers technically remain university property, students must return them upon graduation. If they want to keep the laptop after graduating, they can purchase it from the school at a cost.

Free Laundry Service
Once in college, you have to do your own laundry, but at Davidson College, there’s a free laundry service. The Lula Bell Houston Laundry has been washing Davidson students’ clothes and linens for free for nearly 80 years.
Just drop off your dirty clothes, including dry cleaning, and three days later you’ll get them back folded neatly and wrapped in brown paper. However, dry cleaning and clothing alterations incur extra charges.

On-Campus Ski Slope
Mont Ripley is located right on the campus of Michigan Tech in Houghton, Michigan. It’s one of the snowiest spots in the U.S. A daytime adult lift ticket at Mont Ripley costs $38, but MTU students can fully enjoy the slopes as well as other outdoor facilities including a golf course and tennis courts for just $60 per semester.
Students also get discounts on skiing and snowboard rentals. Mont Ripley is open from November to March, giving students plenty of time to take advantage of this perk.

Outdoor Center and Excursions
Located in northwest Washington, just hours from Puget Sound and the Cascade Range, Western Washington University offers perfect access to stunning natural surroundings. The student government runs an Outdoor Center that provides a bike repair shop, equipment rentals, and group excursions to nearby lakes and mountains.
The Outdoor Center also has a lake-side extension service, offering daily kayak rentals for just $3. At the bike repair shop, students can drop off old, broken bikes for refurbishment, or they can learn to fix bikes themselves by renting tools for only $2.
