On November 8, the Superday event jointly organized by HSBC and CheersYou（清柚教育） took place at HSBC's headquarters in Shanghai IFC.

CheersYou（清柚教育） students and outstanding scholars from top North American universities were invited to visit HSBC's Shanghai headquarters for learning and exploration. They listened to corporate core presentations, learned about HSBC's development history and department functions, and gained a 360° view of the century-old financial giant's evolution.
Whether to strengthen networking or deepen understanding of the financial industry, this Superday event was a rare opportunity for international students. By combining front-line hands-on practice with theoretical learning, students truly took the first step from university classrooms to world-renowned companies.

After the tour, HSBC arranged for the students to engage in a group teamwork practical project. With financial management as the theme, they carried out simulated discussions and presented their plans to garner votes. Finally, HSBC senior executives judged the presentations and awarded official HSBC certificates of honor to the winning team.
The students remained fully engaged throughout, exchanging business knowledge, networking face-to-face with HSBC executives, and expressing their ideas during presentations. They effectively honed their teamwork skills, improved their professional competence, and gained practical experience.

HSBC VP and International Business Manager (Canada) Mr. Lin Zhen expressed his recognition of the students' outstanding performance. He specially shared insights on banking executives' career experiences, delved into talent growth journeys, introduced HSBC's global strategic deployment, and promoted the corporate culture.
In addition, Mr. Lin also disclosed HSBC's recruitment process and hiring preferences to the students, shared various career tips during study abroad, exchanged interview techniques for banks, and introduced HSBC's preferential programs for North American international students. While accumulating internship experience, the students also gained a clearer direction for their future graduate studies, expressing that they benefited greatly.
