The Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis has officially announced:
the launch of three new specialized master's degree programs, expanding its graduate portfolio with new directions in artificial intelligence, sports business, and wealth management.

All three degree programs are designed to offer recent graduates and early-career professionals a fast track to skill-building, rather than the broad leadership training common in traditional MBA programs.
The AI for Business and Wealth Management programs will be one-year degrees, while the Business of Sports program spans three semesters to allow students to complete an industry internship.

MS in AI for Business
Building on over a decade of leadership in data-driven business analytics, the Olin Business School at WashU has streamlined its existing AI curriculum and added new related content to create a highly focused business AI program that explores how the latest technologies are reshaping workflows and capabilities.

This two-semester program features three tailored tracks—finance, marketing, and technology—to help students make strategic decisions in specific business application areas.
All tracks include foundational courses in Python and data science, generative AI, and deep learning for predicting business outcomes.

Applicants must hold an undergraduate degree in business from an accredited institution and have completed prerequisite coursework in statistics. Basic application materials include transcripts, a résumé, personal statement, career essay, etc. GRE/GMAT is not required but recommended.
International students are not currently accepted for Fall 2026, but applications will open in the future.

MS in the Business of Sports
The MS in the Business of Sports is designed for students passionate about turning their love for sports into a vibrant career.
