1.Maintain current HR files and talent pool
2.Participate in recruitment work; arrange and assist in the interview process
3.Participate in Cheersyou branding construction; maintain and update recruitment information on various platforms, including but not limited to the official website, Red, Linkedin, etc.
4.Assist in creating recruitment plans; expand current recruitment approaches; collect and summarize relevant recruitment activities
1.Bachelor's degree is required; a major in Human Resources and relevant fields is preferred
2.Possess outstanding communication and teamwork skills
3.Detail-oriented; have good problem-solving, time management, and data management skills
4.Have a strong thirst for knowledge and an active learning attitude
