What are Rolling Admissions / Multi-Round Deadlines
Many graduate programs have special application policies. In addition to Priority Deadline/Early Round, they also set up deadline rounds suitable for late applicants.

Rolling policies are even more common at universities in Commonwealth countries. For example, the London School of Economics clearly states on its website: Master's programs have rolling admissions, and the first batch of offers will be released starting in January.

But note that rolling admissions programs generally adhere to the principle of "first come, first served, until full." Especially in highly competitive study-abroad regions like the UK, Hong Kong, and Singapore, submitting applications too late may mean no remaining spots.
Multi-Round Admissions
Multi-round applications are more common in business schools. Programs set multiple deadlines, and applicants can choose to submit in a particular round.
